Ketron Roofing · Sales Lane

One proposal went out in the last three weeks. Two more are finished and sitting unsent — and one of those customers called Thursday asking for hers.

Everything below was verified live today against Gmail, the calendar, Cloudflare, and the repos — no memory, no assumptions. Six inbound leads are waiting on a call back, a paid Directorii lead has been pinging you daily for a week, and zero new sales appointments are on the books for the next two weeks.

Do these, in this order

Each one converts finished work or a waiting customer into money. Phone numbers inline.

1

Call Anna Ferris back — 509-863-4443. She called Thursday morning: “Anna was calling for a follow up on her quote. Please call back.”

Her proposal was never emailed — the Aug 7 email with it attached is still sitting in Drafts, and no email to her address has ever been sent. She's either quoting an in-person number or chasing something she never received. Consultation was Aug 4; she's been waiting 20 days and is still leaning in. Engine price on the main house: $108,900 (24-gauge).

2

Send Gary Schmidt his proposal. The email is written, priced, and sitting in Drafts since Wednesday: $22,300 complete shingle roof, +$3,550 copper ridge, +$1,314 W-valley. Pricing holds through Sept 18.

One catch before it goes: the draft's signature shows (208) 487-6638 — not your standard (208) 508-ROOF that every other proposal uses. His install is blocked on the calendar Sept 7–18 and still says “(tentative)” — that job already slipped once, and there's been zero correspondence with Gary since 2024. This email is the whole deal. Say the word and I'll fix the phone number and send it.

3

Deliver the Revis proposal. You inspected Friday; the proposal was built and deployed the same day — $32,740 IKO Cambridge / $36,480 OC Duration, valid through Sept 20 — but it has never been sent to Charles by any channel. No email, no draft, nothing scheduled behind the appointment.

Live now: revis-proposal.pages.dev (+ PDF). His email from Calendly: chasrevis@hotmail.com, phone 208-691-3433. Say the word and I'll draft the delivery email for your approval.

4

Claim the paid Directorii lead — full metal roof replacement in Hayden. Assigned to you Aug 18. Yasmine at Directorii has called twice, marked *URGENT*, and the portal has emailed “lead is waiting for your action” every day for six days straight.

You paid the membership renewal Aug 14 — this lead is what that money bought. Yasmine: 612-670-3001 · Daniel: 763-496-4997 · or accept in the portal. Metal is your 50–60% margin lane.

5

Confirm the Collins delivery landed. Delivery was on your calendar today 1:00 PM at 1407 N 6th St; install runs Aug 25 – Sept 5. Miramac confirmed the order the same day you sent it (Jul 31) — but ABC Supply has sent nothing in 24 days: no order confirmation, no delivery notice, no invoice. Every past ABC order produced those within a day.

If the truck didn't show, tomorrow's install start is exposed. Ed Miller, ABC Hayden: direct 208-518-4060 · mobile 208-819-6695. (You started an email to Ed Thursday — it's an empty draft.)

6

Return the week's other inbound calls. Four more people asked for you and nobody has answered:

  • Jackie McDaniels · 208-660-9583 · Thu — storm debris cleanup on a flat metal roof; receptionist didn't know whether to book her
  • Rick Day · 619-719-7400 · Wed — tune-up on a home they just bought; referred by Gary Schmidt
  • Eric Smith, Smith & Smith Construction · 208-661-6043 · called Aug 7 and again Aug 14 — new construction build
  • Text to 508-ROOF this morning from (623) 272-0227 — unread
  • Voicemail Thu 6 AM from 208-718-6787 — transcription came through empty; audio is only in the Abby portal (VM box 21165)

SENT — BALL IS THEIRS

Epkey / Woodstone — 1275 E Woodstone Ct, Hayden

Brava composite cedar shake · via Charlie Epkey, proposal to Mike

The one proposal that actually went out: emailed Wed evening (Aug 19) to Mike with the PDF attached — the Elite Empire cut of the Brava option, $202,956 base with re-deck options per the build record. Measurements went to Epkey Roofing separately for the Grand Sequoia order.

No response in 4 days from either. Reasonable to nudge midweek if quiet.

FINISHED, NEVER SENT — CUSTOMER CHASING

Anna Ferris — 10418 Ferris Ln, Coeur d'Alene

Metal re-roof, main house + guest cabins · consult held Aug 4

Timeline: called Jul 24 → booked Jul 28 → consult Aug 4 → GAF measurements Aug 5 → delivery email drafted Aug 7, never sent → she called back Thu Aug 21 asking about “her quote.” That call is sitting unread and starred.

No email has ever been exchanged with her address, and SumoQuote sent nothing — so how she has a quote (or whether she does) is unresolved. The call-back resolves it.

Engine: main house 24ga $108,900 at 66.7% GM · v5 PDF built Aug 10 (flagged off-brand in the Aug 19 session record — worth a look before it goes out)
FINISHED, NEVER SENT — EXPIRY RUNNING

Gary Schmidt — 205 E Foster Ave, Coeur d'Alene

Complete shingle roof · repeat customer (4 prior jobs) · install tentatively Sept 7–18

Final scope you landed on Aug 19: shingles only, all new-metal removed. $22,300 base · copper ridge +$3,550 · W-valley +$1,314. The send-ready email has been in Drafts since Wed; pricing expires Sept 18; the install block starts in 14 days on Labor Day and still says “(tentative).”

Review page and PDF are live: schmidt-review-3e145600.pages.dev (+ editor). An earlier two-option draft ($24,100/$31,800) is superseded — ignore it.

BUILT + DEPLOYED, NEVER DELIVERED

Charles & Karen Revis — 3951 N Magnuson St, Coeur d'Alene

Roof replacement · inspected Fri Aug 21 · 2-story, 9/12 pitch, complex tier

Two options, priced off live ABC costs the day of the inspection: $32,740 IKO Cambridge (Weatherwood) / $36,480 OC Duration (Driftwood), valid through Sept 20, with color visualizers rendered on their actual house.

Zero delivery artifacts exist — no email, no draft, no follow-up appointment. The proposal is aging on a shelf three days after a hot inspection.

MATERIAL IN MOTION — CONFIRM TODAY

Kevin Collins — 1407 N 6th St, Coeur d'Alene

24ga PBR metal re-roof · permit 152723-R · delivery today 1 PM, install Aug 25 – Sept 5

Order sent Jul 31 to Miramac (Mike Watts confirmed within 20 minutes: “Got it Mitch, thank you!!”) with fulfillment routed through ABC / Ed Miller. Since then: 24 days of silence from ABC — no confirmation, no delivery notice, no invoice, where past orders generated all three.

Also open from May: Kevin asked you to review a contract he had for you, and you asked him to email it — that loop never closed in any system.

Mike Watts, Miramac: 509-466-1732 · Ed Miller, ABC: 208-518-4060 / 208-819-6695 · Kevin: 425-765-9855
OLDER PROPOSALS — FOLLOW-UPS ALREADY DRAFTED

Three sent proposals with nudges sitting in Drafts

James & Jenny West — 2874 Red Cedar Ct, sent Apr 20, no reply; follow-up drafted in May, never sent. Sean / CDA Property — garage at 2321 N 8th St; same. Ryan Hughes — proposal promised an install start of Aug 10–17, which has now passed with no contact; the July follow-up draft is stale and needs a new opening line before it can go.

What was wrong in the record

Three things your agents (me included) had stale or backwards. Corrected everywhere.

Precision / P1FCU is handled, and it was never a customer. Precision is your tax firm; P1FCU is your credit union. The “rejection” was Precision bouncing the statement format — and you already fixed it: official P1FCU statements sent Aug 18, engagement letter signed and acknowledged the same day, questionnaire submitted. Ball is with Precision (Rebecca reaches out if they need more). Nothing for you to do.

“Gary” and “Schmidt” are one person — Gary Schmidt, 205 E Foster. There was never a second deal. One customer, one unsent email.

The old Notion pipeline is frozen, not current. The ProLine→Notion sync died May 13 and nothing sales-related has been written there since. Anything it says about deal status is 3+ months old. Flagged from it, unverified until checked: Greg Bruns (signed, asked to start “first of August” — now 3 weeks past), Holly Williams ($18,500 signed in March, never scheduled), Tom Murray and Ryan Weber (both leads with recorded complaints about never hearing back), and the Camp CDA cabin bundle ($86–98K proposal delivered in March). Say the word and I'll run the same live verification on that older set.

The two-week picture

Zero new sales appointments are booked from now through Sept 7. The last inbound booking was Revis on Aug 21. The pipeline top refills from exactly two places right now: the six unanswered inbounds above, and the paid Directorii lead. That's why they're items 1–6.

Also in the window: Collins install (Aug 25 – Sept 5) and the tentative Schmidt install (Sept 7–18, starting Labor Day).
